Football Manager 2016 beta is out and if you preorder it on steam you can play it right now.

I didn't even understand soccer the first time I got this game and I loved it.

Great great game for the PC.

For most of the world it is, and before this turns into a football vs soccer thread... Football (soccer) Manager is quite possibly the single most in depth sports game on the market.

There are more then a few professional teams that use this games scouting to assess young players. Think of Madden if it included every college team.
Oh, and a hundred plus countries played football as we know it and at our level...or better.

Sneer if you want, but until you have negotiated trades and managed games enough to get the Shamrock Rovers into the Euro Cup finals you don't know this game or what you are missing.

Have they done anything to the game since 2014? Seemed like everything they were working on was for casual mode.

What's new for FM 2016

Full list of changes

Been playing for about 5 hours...the matches feel more dynamic...and there are plenty of new animations.

I love the management aspect of FIFA Manager Mode, so I thought I'd love this. Felt far too much like Spreadsheet manager, so I just took advantage of the refund system and got my cash back.

That's exactly what this game is. I like it, but I can easily see people not liking it

i've been playing football manger, since it was championship manager, back in 97/98

SI is as bad as EA, all this is, is another data update with a few add ons, and a shite ton of glitches and errors. Then the first big patch.

oh, i'll buy it, but not day 1. just as i did with fm15, i'll wait a month and get it for half the price off a cd key site.
