I don't know about that, but it wouldn't surprise me. I know they use bots (replays of other games) to fill matches. You can tell because when they go to adjust the spin the red dot is already adjusted rather than dead center.

Once I played the same bot back to back and every shot was exactly the same as the previous game down the the exact yardage and ball placement. I lost both games because he eagled a very difficult hole (probably why they saved his game)
