The story that got me most worked up was Neverwinter Nights 1. When the Paladin you've been working with as your mentor and teacher decides to betray you and the city. While I love D&D this story pissed me off so bad when that happened. Also sadly I loved the story in Borderlands 2, when Jack kills bloodwing. My first play though in Borderlands 1 was with Mordecai so I was beyond super pissed at that moment.
