was just in gamestop picking up heavy rain new for $10... anyway I struck up a conversation with the guy working there. I asked his opinion on GOTY. He said it will be down between last of us and watch dogs. i asked why not GTA and he said it only targeted a certain audience and it was good but not great. I'm not so sure I am willing to put all my chips on watch dogs yet

That "certain" audience accounted for the highest sales ever for a video game.

I am excited for Watch Dogs, but to call it GOTY at the moment is extremely premature.

You paid too much to hear someone mispronounce Oregamy.

Its not a game for everyone, but if you do happen to enjoy it, $10 is worth the price of admission.

There was something meta about the game instructing me to twirl the thumbsticks to unhook a bra.

I never played heavy rain but i figured for $10 I would give it a shot. Also calling watch dogs goty is waaaay premature. The guy didn't make much sense. I found out at the end of the conversation that he hasn't even played last of us, he doesn't even own a playstation

Heavy Rain may be my favorite game on the PS3. I may have played another games longer, but there is no other game that has provided the experience that Heavy Rain provided.

My vote is going to Bioshock Infinite. That and The Last of Us are two of the best games I've ever played, story wise, but Bioshock had a little bit better gameplay, and the story was also better. GTA V is very good, also.

Haven't played GTAV yet (comeon pc/ps4 edition!) but out of last of us & bioshock infinite. LoU hands down. LoU had everything while Bioshock only had a good story. Gameplay was kinda crappy in infinite.

BI had a great atmosphere and world but the game play was just shooting basically

I loved the story, but I do think the gameplay was a little lacking, most specifically the vigors.

ETA:

I almost forgot to bash the horrid zip line addition as well. It did not work out nearly as well as I had hoped before playing.

Oh yeah...still one of the top 5 games of the year. And I can't complain too much, the gun selection and shooting mechanics in TLoU didn't exactly blow me away either.

I stopped playing LoU after a few hours. I love GTA V. It does seem short though. I've dicked around primarily and am somehow 30% done with it.

The first 30% went very fast for me but then it started taking a lot longer
