Do you choose male or female characters to play

When a game give you a choice which do you play? This is probably more for MMOs. If I am going to be spending a lot of time playing I would rather look at a female character, so I choose them first. GW2 is a prime example, the social justice chicks can go frikk themselves.

Female. CoD AW female, Destiny both chars female, Borderlands Athena.

I guess I'm in the minority. I liked to create "myself" in any game with customization like that. Always male.

Choices are different. I have to always go with the good choices. I have a real problem being a dick in games.
I just never make a character that looks like me. I'm unimpressive.

Yeah, I want my epic warrior of a fantasy world to be a female.
I usually create myself in most games: male, blonde, and beautiful.

I choose the same when choices in game come up, I always end up on the "good" side, but I am looking at that chick when I am choosing, not that guy.

I always pick a guy, and if it's a multiplayer game, I try to pick the guy that stands out the most.

Getting Sera in the sack was funny as hell.
One of the reasons I always liked the sniper character. Work from the shadows. Better not to be seen.

Really depends on the game and who I am playing it with or if its single player.
General rule of thumb is I pick male in mmorpgs unless I'm trying to be ironic, and female in single player unless its hardcore rp. Can't romance dudes without feeling a little gay, so I just don't.
