The strike and the sniper rifle that changes it's element are the only two PS4 exclusives I care about.

Ok I have a question about Destiny 2. I loved Halo 3 and have been playing a lot of halo 5. I played Destiny for like 2 days and didn't know what was going on and it's not what I thought it was so I took it back. Can someone give me a general summary of what Destiny 2 is like because I might want to get into it but I didn't get into the first one.

What was it that you didn't really understand? I expect Destiny 2 to be much of the same as Destiny 1. This time, there will be an in game guide that will pretty much tell you what you need to be doing. The story should be much better this go round. It can't possibly be as bad as the first one.
PVP: The new gameplay system will feel a little different from D1. All Crucible game modes will now be 4v4 (like Halo) If you're solely on Destiny for multiplayer, the Crucible is what's for you.
PVE: This is going to be your Strike playlists, patrols, Raids, etc. A shared world with RPG elements. A looter shooter.

You know, at this point I've given up caring about the Destiny exclusives. A few late perks aren't worth the fuss. I've gotten to the point with gaming, that I thoroughly enjoy gaming with a group. Playing games solo that can't keep me intrigued has become a chore to me and I just don't finish games like I used too because of that.
Destiny bridged that gap. Meeting new folks all the time, especially here was great. I mean seriously for nearly three years that was practically all I played. If D2 just slightly improves on the first it will be a win in my book. So far, all looks good.

Exactly how I feel. Switching a console for a few exclusives that aren't very important wouldn't be worth losing my friends on Xbox.

crucible is going to be so bad.
They lowered the TTK and put freaking shields and healing stations into the game. It's going to suck balls. The high speed engagements was what made the PvP fun.

I just find it incredible how they continually keep screwing up the PvP. We'll see though. I'm probably overreacting
