If you have already opened the doors to the Tribute Hall, you're out of luck. If you haven't yet, this is how you can get infinite, free triumphs for Bad Juju, it's catalyst, and even the exotic emote.
On one character, start the Invitation from the Emperor quest by going to the barge on Nessus and opening the chest next to Werner.
On the same character, go to the Tribute Hall, and approach the emperor statue. Pick one of his bounties and complete it.
On the same character, return to the Tribute Hall, and approach the emperor statue again to further the quest.
At this point, the emperor will give you a tribute to deposit at the door. It is signified by the diamond indicator. DO NOT PLACE THE TRIBUTE.
Switch characters.
On your second character, load into the Tribute Hall.
On your second character, place the tribute by the door.
On your second character, go to orbit.
On your second character, repeat steps 6-8 as desired. (See below edit on how to check number of tributes. 18 times I believe is needed for the juju. 50 times will unlock everything)
Once you've done it your desired amount of times, switch back to your primary character. Place another tribute to complete the quest, then enter the hall. You should be able to do everything inside the hall and unlock the JuJu.
EDIT: There are a few questions that keep coming up that the post doesn't explicitly answer.
To check how many tributes you've gotten, go to your menu -> Triumphs -> Destinations -> Minor -> Tribute Hall. It's the first Triumph.
Regarding steps 3 & 4, yes accept the quest from the emperor that requires you to place three triumphs. That's what "further the quest" meant. DON'T PLACE THE FIRST TRIUMPH BY THE DOOR ON YOUR MAIN CHARACTER THAT HAS THE QUEST.
Once you've gotten all the tributes you want, yes, you have to switch back to your main character who has the quest to get Bad Juju. Since the main character has the quest, the main character does the next step.

I did it last night with no issues. Took a little over an hour, including all the additional quest steps.

I've pretty much made it standard that I wait 2-3 days after something new drops in destiny so that someone can figure this shite out

Planetary material farming using the forges if you want to rack up on legendary shards before the new dlc. Get your light level down to around 450, at least get below 500. Load into any forge for whatever material you want, and then just leave your controller and let it run. You won’t get kicked for inactivity and will just rack up materials. Getting your light level that low means you won’t load into anyone’s game that is actually trying to do the forge, so you won’t be screwing anyone over.

This quest is the devil. I've been trying Mayhem. It's still hard to get the kills going against constant supers.

Yeah my mayhem progress has went way down. By the time tether latches, you're dead to dawn blade or blade barrage.

I’ve been running the final mission to unlock the final black armory forge. The game is hell bent to not let me finish. If you die, it sends you back to orbit. I’ve been killed by the architects 4 times in a row now. I’m going to punch a baby.

The Insight Terminus with Extinguish? I only ran that once solo (on my Wsrlock). The other 2 times, I had clan mates help out.

If I own base destiny 2 and the original season pass for PS4, what package do I need to buy to get forsaken and the new annual pass?
So it looks like I can’t buy the annual pass on the PS4 store since I don’t own forsaken yet. So I can grab forsaken for $9.99 from GameStop and theoretically the annual pass afterwards for $14.69 afterwards.

Yep. Finally beat it yesterday. The mission wasn't terribly hard until the final battle. The game kept deciding I needed to die though. Lots of landing on the corner of rocks and getting absurd fall damage from it.
