If you're telling me to check out the calm down post, I'm not really enraged. I just kinda like a good plot to these games. I think a lot can be done with it too. I'm not much of a multiplayer guy but I do love the games that are known for it because their campaigns can be pretty damn entertaining. I just want an awesome plot to play that's at least a tad as realistic as the game is striving for in it's mechanics.

I know it's a game, but still, it's irritating that the Russian military somehow has the ability to open up fronts on the continental US, the damn east coast (where they have no supply lines), they have the killing field called the atlantic that's now at their arse, all the while they seem to have absolutely no plan on what to do after they blow the white house to holy hell.

THEN they launch a war on ALL of europe? Like good lord, this is the same country that had to launch internal investigations after a shaky military performance in Georgia in 2008. Despite this, somehow, in like 2015 they have started WW3 in South America, Europe, and North America. This is all while the US consistently is left with it's pecker in it's hand. When did we become so inept and the Russians so proficient? Hitler himself would even find their war plan bold.

I would love a game like this to focus on a plausible conflict that'd get the big guys on the stage. Say, like, Israel is nuked by Hezbollah and suddenly you're fighting in Tel Aviv alongside Israelis against pissed off Syrian, Iranians, and Al Queada. THEN you have the Russians come in and stomp shite in an attempt to finally thwart any western influence in the middle east. Idk, I think my adderral is making me loopy and i'm doing anything to avoid studying.

ETA: but again, i know this is just nit picky and the majority of those who buy this couldn't give two shits. when i was whining about those same points to my friends who love the game the same answer always came up, "who cares?"

nah, nah, i know it's terrible and i admitted as much earlier. i'm trying to type as fast as i can so i can study while i do this. so it's more like i'm typing it as i think and as a result i have created incoherent crap. but hey, i commend any of ya who try to read through that. my condolences

It's not that but writing isn't for the writer as it is for the reader. Help us out here. It's not a classroom but we are a civilized board here.

Absolutely and ya know what, boys, I'm gonna give this talking civilized thing a go. My sincerest apologies for writing like a buffoon but in the end this has served as a great distraction from school. I just get all excited when I talk about future geopolitical plots for shooting games.
