Can I look at clans, I still don't have the clan castle built.
FWIW, I moved things around like this... but it'll probably change by tomorrow night... still have about 2 days left on the sheild. The mortar will go in the blank space behind the TH.

Right now at your level, only thing I could recommend is making 1 large box with walls.
Then placing defense/storages/town hall in it
On sides placing camps, barracks, and creators
Then taking your builder huts and putting them in far off corners of map

They focus on Pekkas first but can attack both ground/air units. I like them because they are not seen until you go to attack and get in the vicinity of one.

range on a lvl 1 is 7 tiles and 34 damage per second and does dmg x2 to the Pekka
