btw, the thunder god hero is tha shite. if you get one with the random picks, lvl it up ASAP.

you can battle anyone you can find on the ranking list (the little trophy button in the bottom right corner) as long as they do not have a shield up.

the executioner is my best hero right now. the thundergod is insanely expensive. hopefully i luck into him.

thats how i got him. and the drop rate on those green things is bullshite. only have like 60, lol
ETA: all my gems i get are used on random heros. or at least they were, shite is starting to get pretty expensive to upgrade!
that log in 90 days gem reward of 650 is just around the corner too!!!

also, the only gems i "bought" were from the free partner aps. there is one for freecreditscore.com or something to sign up for a 7 day trial for $1 and get ~2200 gems.
I did this, immedietally called and cancelled the subscription, got 2200 gems for $1

lvl 59 Executioner
lvl 57 archer
lvl 55 assassin
lvl 40 shaman
lvl 40 healer
lvl 20 werewolf
lvl 20 marauder
lvl 11 cyclops
is the hero thing just random? Because I used 600 gems and got Executioner, Shaman, Gelatinous Champion, and Cyclops

The elite paladin and staff owl thing are awesome in duels though. Their special rapes my team.

I wish I could one, I am 46 "bought" gems away from that bonus of a hero + 10,000 might or whatever the gold coin thing is
