Is there anything to do with extra gold? I have a crap ton like 1.3 million gold, all of my builders are working, also upgrading magic and troops. But the during the upgrades I usually have a crap load of gold.

I've bought everything, still have lots of gold. Just wondering if I was missing something, no one else ever has much gold.

You mean the bases you run across while raiding? Yeah, there comes a point that your buildings start taking a really long time to upgrade, and your gold production and raiding outrun your ability to spend it. Your might is probably getting high enough that soon the players you run across to raid will have the same issue. Gold has been very plentiful for me since the summer, and a lot of my raid targets have full vaults too. If I were totally broke, I could loot 4m gold in about 10 minutes, no problem. Mana is another story since inscriptions obviously.

No, I've been buying decorations for a few weeks, have everything but the centaur chieftain, my gold vaults won't hold that much. IT just sucks being such a target with so much gold, I get raided constantly.
And maybe 1/10 will destroy enough to activate my shield.

I stopped caring long ago when people raid me. I can raid what I need when I need it, so there's really no reason for me to keep funds on hand. And make your base easy to 100% and players will usually do it. Normally a good HBM base is easy to raid.

I have made a spreadsheet for crests because I find it difficult to keep track of what I have. It has 3 tabs. The first tab shows the attack buffs that each crest gives, the second tab shows the HP buffs, and the 3rd tab is where you can enter in your own crests so you can get a better idea of which talents you have complete sets of, and which crests you are able to combine. I did this because the crests you have inlaid on heroes don't show up in the warehouse or on the combine screen, so it's really easy to miss combining opportunities. The easiest way I've found to fill out the sheet is to go through your warehouse and just enter in all your totals in there, then go through your heroes who have crests inlaid and update the totals for those crests. Pay close attention to both the crest number (I-IV) and the crest level (1-5) when entering them in.
The spreadsheet will highlight cells in blue when you have 4 or more of a type, and the "sets" rows will automatically update when you have a complete set. Feel free to make a copy of the sheet and fill it out.
