That's ok. You know you can count on your guild mates to finish her off.

So let's talk about boss three. for about half of us we are getting twice the hb we get from boss 2. Others like Broke are getting half. What are changes we need to make to put people like him in the position where they are getting at the top of the hb payouts?

I was able to stun-lock boss 3 last night, but I had to use Exec. I drop PD first (so if he takes a couple hits it charges his proc) then immediately do the GA spell. Then I just have to make sure to drop Champ, TG, and Exec spaced out so their stuns don't overlap too much. They have 6.5 seconds of stun between them, and PD gets the proc cycles down to about 4 seconds so I get complete coverage.

should i upgrade TG to 6/9 or cupid 6/9 or Druid 6/9?

I'm going to say Cupid, but only because it gets you closer to 7/9 on Cupid, which is I think the "magic number" for Cupid's skill. Reason is, heroes charge their energy by 15 every time they attack, so it takes 7 hits (7*15=105, but it caps at 100) to charge energy, and the 8th hit procs. Cupid 5/9 increases everyone's energy by 30, so that it only takes 5 hits to charge and they can proc on the 6th. Cupid 6/9 charges by 35, so it still takes 5 hits to charge. But at 7/9, which charges energy by 40, that takes it down to only 4 hits required to charge energy and proc on the 5th. Of course, all of this is on the second round of procs after Cupid does, but this doesn't matter much against the boss. In arena, Cupid with Revitalize is where it's at.

I would probably upgrade. They don't do you any good by saving them, and it will probably be a while before anyone else gets to 140. Is SM uncapped already?

I have 489,000 HB and 10,000 shards. My thundergod is 55,000 out of 120,000 toward 6/9 but I'm thinking maybe I should dump all of those shards into Pumpkin Duke. Also I have 53 green books, 583 blue books and 103 red books so I'm thinking of upgrading a few to their cap.

I think getting PD to 7/9 will put you on a whole new level. Mine is at 6/9 like yours, and what happens against the boss is the first proc gets the attack from from once per second to once per 0.8 seconds. The second proc stacks to get it down to every 0.6 seconds, but this is where we get stuck because the 3rd and 4th stack don't increase the attack rate any more. It takes a 5th stack to get down to a 0.4 attack rate, and I just never get there steadily. I watch my TG lightning procs hit every 4 seconds or so, which means he attacks at 0.4 for 4 hits, then 0.6 for 4 hits, so the 5th stack wears off before PD can get a 6th stack. I get there about 30 seconds in and it just stays there for the rest of the 3 minutes.

At 7/9, the 4th stack gets to 0.4 attack rate instead of the 5th one, so things should snowball a lot faster. I think it will almost double your boss DMG.

As for star upgrades, I always have trouble deciding who to upgrade because each guy is useful in different scenarios. I think Succubus and Champion should be at the bottom of the list because their utility is almost strictly due to their procs, which don't benefit much from a stronger hero. That means you have enough HB to upgrade the other 4 to 8*. Who to do first? TG or SM if you need some extra firepower when raiding by attacking the edges and taking out long range targets. Druid if the boost you will get to healing will help you in arena or against the boss. PD if he needs a little more survivability in arena or raids.

Or I could give 10,000 shards to the guild
