The crazy part is that that's what Microsoft wants. It would be massively beneficial to both companies. Microsoft could give 2 fricks about game consoles. They are a software company that just wants to sell/license software. It's just that Sony and Nintendo are anticonsumer companies that only care about their own pride.

I have maintained I’ll buy an Xbox if Starfield is WHAT THEY SAY IT IS which is a massive if and why I will be waiting until like 2-3 weeks post launch. If “ hated Xbox haha chud” like the biggest immature losers here think I would never make that statement. They just don’t have anything for me right now. Game pass is a nice thing and all but a studio their size has to get the fricking point they need 2-3 at least two god of wars/spider man’s/FF16 s etc a year

Xbox if they could have anything they wanted would to be the new steam and never make another console or game again. I don’t see how you could take the post 360 Xbox any other way.
And I mean hey good on them doesn’t steam make like more money than almost anyone is games?

No they both have just carved out 100000000x better brand image than Xbox, both know what they want to make (Sony especially with its first parties) and they make those things which I usually pretty damn good. Is Nintendo niche? I mean didn’t the sNintendo switch sell more than game system ever? The ps4 and console same thing? No Nintendo and Sony are just properly run
