I switched back to Cox about a month ago and I'm having problems joining lobbies on Xbox live on Xbox One. I've tried it wireless and currently I have it wired which is giving me 120 Mbps., but it still takes a long time to join a lobby and it will only be about 5 people at a time max. Most of the time I'm alone in the lobby on GTA online.
Can someone tell me how to port forward my modem?
I have a modem made by Ubee (model number DVW326)

Sure. After reading through those, some of the info on setting up a static IP on the Xbox is kind of extraneous.
The main thing you need to do on your Xbox is go to your Advanced Setting in Network menu to view your current IP address, Subnet Mask, Gateway, Primary DNS, and Secondary DNS. Write these down.
Whatever your current IP address is, is what I would use as your static IP address.
Then go the the IP settings and select manual. Then re-enter everything you wrote down. This will basically make sure your Xbox doesn't switch IP addresses because your router (after you set it to portforward) will only portforward that specific IP address.
You can then go to your router using the guide and port forward everything.
