Black Ops 3 Beta Impressions

Starts August 19th for PS4, and some time in September for X1 and PC users. Also, today is the last day to reserve a copy of Black Ops 3 and gain access to the Beta. Anyone else here getting in on the Beta action Wednesday?

Thanks for the correction! I agree that multiplayer looks fun again. I'm sure it will still have the futuristic stuff, but from the multiplayer trailer that they released at E3 (I believe), the game just looked like fun again. It didn't seem overly complicated, or too fast. Plus I enjoyed the hell out of 1 and 2. Hell the kid and I play Black Ops 2 on PS3 still to this day.

I miss the WWII entries to the franchise. Just started playing World at War again today.

Yea, I would love to see how they would incorporate a WWII game into next gen consoles. I think the biggest issue is being original in regards to World War II era games. There's only so many things you can do to stand out from any other game because it's something that ACTUALLY happened. Whereas, futuristic fighters, the only limit is your imagination and you can continuously improve (or attempt to anyway) your core gameplay around make believe shite.

For sure, man. If they were to revisit WWII on current-gen consoles they could cram in so much cool shite from both theaters. THAT would be the game that forced me to get a new console.

I could never get into battlefield until recently and MAN have I been missing out... It's such a better game than anything COD has ever produced multiplayer wise... The only reason I'd buy BLOPS3 is for zombies but with the way advanced warfare shite the bed with their edition of zombs, I'm reluctant to drop another $60 on a sub par product

I like CoD. All the campaigns are forgettable, but they're entertaining. I don't play the multiplayer.

Anyone have any idea on what time the beta will be released tomorrow?
Edit: You should have your beta codes in your email as of now. It comes with 3 codes (1 for you and two for friends). I will most likely be doing giveaways in my stream for the extra 2. The download is 12.341 GB so it's pretty huge
