Best internet service for online gaming?

Who is your internet service provider and pros/cons? Right now, I have ATT DSL and it sucks, looking to possibly switch to Cox...and their 25 mbps download package. Should this be adequate enough speed to play BF4, etc?

It all about latency really. The PING baby.

Yes Down and Up stream bandwidth plays a big part but latency plays just as much of a roll.

What do you ping your game servers are even speedtest servers?

I have Eatel, Fiber to the home network. Latency within their network stupid low; unfortunately you can't really control ping outside on the internet.. just get a close-by server and hope for the best.
