Best International VPN Providers?

Moving to Australia and looking for the best VPN provider. I'm new to VPNs, but someone told me I'd need this to get american internet. I figured this would be a good location to start.
Anyone have any recommendations? Can I use these for tablets as well? TIA!

Congrats on the move. Would love to live there for a couple years. Although I would not be happy with their government wanting to control everything like thy do. Sorry I don't have the answer to your question.

I liked Hidemyass VPN because of their software interface. Lets you change IPs on the fly, and even change countries, or specify an IP for a specific US city on their list. Makes it easy to switch to a faster connection if your current one is slow.
This is assuming you aren't doing anything super illegal, because HMA keeps logs and has cooperated with police in the past. Pedophiles and hackers do not like HMA for that reason.

no need for it unless your country doesn't get netflix and half the shite on youtube is blocked like here in germany, frick that gema bullshite
