I finally got to play this morning for 15 minutes. My initial, knee jerk reaction from playing this is that Visceral has nailed it.
But, the only things I was looking for were simple things. Do I jitterbug across the screen? Are the servers stable? Can the game handle all the action on the screen?
From my one match in Hotwire this morning, it played smoothly. Very smoothly. The graphics are better than BF4 and the interiors of the houses on Dust Bowl are pretty varied with lots of rooms...not just the same copy/paste buildings DICE used (understandably so, it's a huge game).
I'll play more tonight, but my initial thoughts on Hotwire is this is one hell of a game mode. This is just pure fun. Making the cars the capture points was brilliant and it makes the game constantly change.
So far, so good for me on Hardline.

Bingo, you've gotta have a team though if you're gonna play, def not for the solo playing. Or maybe just because it's beta and people are morons.

Being the passenger gets you the most, you get the assist points for controlling the car, and you can get kills, blow up other vehicles and point cars for way more points.
