Anyone ever own a sega saturn

I got one when i was in 5th grade. I know the system flopped, but damn i had some awesome times with it. Played a many of nights of daytona usa with my dad. Loved me some virtual cop, and virtual fighter. And the other 2 games i remember alot of time on was college slam and wwe in your house. The saturn was a staple in my childhood!

Great system, I've got a modded one. There were a ton of great titles in Japan that never made it here...lots of shmups come to mind.

I spent way too much time at Epcot one day playing Virtua Fighter Kids on Saturn. Nights was great too.

That Christmas i got the sega saturn with virtual cops, virtual fighter, and daytona usa. My dad loved racing games so me and him were in the floor all christmas day playing

I love those mid 90s early 32-bit era style graphics that are so prevalent on every 3D Saturn game.
I have Daytona USA (launch title), Virtua Fighter 2, Fighter's Megamix, Mortal Kombat II, Fatal Fury Real Bout Special, World Heroes Perfect, Panzer Dragoon 1, Panzer Dragoon 2, Nights into Dreams, World Series Baseball 98, and Manx GT Superbike.

I did. VF2, Virtua Cop, and Daytona USA were app great. Panzer Dragoon was super fun as well

Yep this system was amazing.
Lol me thinking Virtua Fighter was one of the GOAT graphical games.

Asked for one because I loved XMen so much and Saturn was the only system that XMen:Children of the Atom fighting game was released on for a while. Played the shite out of that, Nights and Virtua Fighter before severely regretting the purchase as compared to PS1. Oh well. That's the one I chose.
Ended up setting a chain reaction of release dates off that resulted in my never owning a PlayStation of any kind.
