Anyone else not able to log into PSN

Its under maintenance but they said we could still log in to pay as long as we have logged in in the last 2 days and I was on all day yesterday on my off day.
Anyone else having same problems?

yeah, I can't login. I think the maintenance will be done by 11 PM EST.
