This board really needs a private message function.
But yes, CoH may have been the most entertaining MMO I've ever played. SWG comes close due to the amazing customization that the game offered that modern games are still trying to match.
But for sheer epic game play nothing beats CoH. I have fond memories of my Willpower Tank facing off against a Rikti invasion event, I thought I was landing in a group of players, only to discover I had landed in the middle of a mass wipe with dozens of the Rikti pests around me.
Managing to survive that is still probably the most challenging and fun thing I've ever done in an MMO.
