Halo died when Bungie left, I've just accepted it at this point.

I'm playing right now with a buddy.
Problems that have happened:
1. It splits lobby members up constantly (playing Halo: CE and Halo 2 with 1 other friend) 3 out of 6 games we have been split.
2. After the game it takes 30+ seconds for our mics to work in lobby regardless of if we are same team or not.
3. When we join party while just sitting in the lobby or in game the mics don't work.
4. The lobby leader changes all the time in between games. We have played 6 games of Halo CE and Halo 2 and after each game the lobby leader has changed no less than 4 times.
5. We had to restart our Xbox and leave the party to join each other's lobby (The reason I made this post) .
Maybe Halo 3 and 4 are better but you can't tell me there are no problems.

You are part of the problem.
They clearly quit caring about Halo MCC to focus on Halo 5.

I understand bad launches I really do, but there has been more than enough time to fix at least the game breaking problems.

6. Starting a matchmaking Halo 2A search with someone in your lobby only to look up 20 seconds later to find they are no longer in your lobby.

Yeah...it is my fault. I was in a hurry to get the Xbox for $250 and passed up the Sunset Overdrive bundle for the AC bundle because it was sold out.
At the same time, AC4 was great. I had at least some reason to think the very next release would at least function.

I heard a gaming media writer say that often the story behind the game is better than the game itself. This will be one of them.
