:fingerscrossed: that's it's a trailer during the CFP National Championship...

Most of the article is stuff we already knew. But more info is coming Monday. Probably another delay.

If it’s delayed again I’m going to lose faith that we ever get it.

If they drop a trailer for it then it’s real dammit

They were still claiming a Summer '24 release date less than a month ago, so fingers crossed.

As soon as they take preorders they will have my money.

The one thing I don’t like is it being built on the madden engine.

yeah, i thought they had said it was going to be a brand new engine specifically for College Football, but it's better than nothing i guess.

maybe i should purchase this past iteration of Madden to "get ready" for it.

Yea I might have to get the old madden for cheap to get ready.

It did say game play would change and maybe they will build its own engine after using madden to get the relaunch.

Yeah, I would have preferred a new engine...but my understanding is that the old NCAA games also used the Madden engine. So I suppose I'll deal.

There is going to be a measurable decline in productivity in the summer of '24 because i can tell you there will be roughly 50% of men 25-45 won't be doing shite.

I think we get a teaser trailer and a release date.

Allegedly the reason for the delay was all about realism and they had people at every college stadium this past season gathering as much intel as they could.

it's something I'll accept just to get the damn game again. I'd imagine the effort it would take to build a new engine from scratch wouldn't be worth it to them.

My main concern is cleaning up the Option plays to make it feel more natural. Running variations of the triple out of the pistol in madden feels clunky as well and the body spacing never seems right.

Excited about the implementation of RPO, its desperately missing from NCAA 14. It’s crazy how much offensive playbooks has changed in a decade plus.
