Are fingers being pointed at a person here or multiple people? I am listed as an officer but I lead an extremely busy schedule and play when I can. I also tend to play solo as I enjoy the guild for socialization but I prefer to play alone most of the time. It's just my style. I can't commit to regular times to do stuff and RL is far more important to me than in game stuff.
We were started as a casual guild and there were no constraints on how or when people needed to play.

Nah not you at all.
Everyone knows your situation and has no problem with you at all.
But yes, it is directed at one guy who has never repped either guild but is on most every day. No excuse in that, none what so ever.
If a person is going to be a part of a guild, then they should be a part of it. If people can't depend on you to do your part, then people shouldn't depend on you to do your part.
Just my opinion of course.

There is one person that I never see rep the guild, but they are only at member status not officer. Like you I am not sure why they are still with us, but it doesn't hurt anyone so it's no big deal. Some people have friends in other guilds and will spend some time with them and there is nothing wrong with that.

Hellz yes and I need the keep a eye out for the venders I need. All the talk I do about getting and needing better gear but so far I did not make a move to pick some up
Jefforize what is the best way to see what jewely you can make and what mats I need to get for you. My three attributes will be Power, Precision, and condition damage. Also get with Rukky he will pay you for your time to get me the gear I want, do worry he has the gold.

5 Rare orbs of gemtype (i think you want Coral or Chrysadola, not sure)
28-36 Oric ore (depending on ring, amulet, eaaring)
5 ectos
Solid night on gw2 last night for me:
-Crafted exotic shield
-completed CoE Story
-100% Dragonbrand borderlands, found a jump puzzle
-Completed my required wvw kills for monthly
-Ganked the frick out some kids in wvw
-Used my first siege weapon, a ballista, on a keep
Best night of WVW yet. ive got a pretty good feel for it now. anyone wanting 100% map completion should come wvw with me.

I know over the last month or so I've been very sporadic in logging in, but looking to change that up fairly soon. The wife has tonight off, so I don't think I'll be on much tonight (if at all). I do plan to play some a good bit over friday night/the weekend.

man there are so many things I want to do, PvP, WvW and dungeon runs. I just get so constrained for time that I don't want to bail on people in the middle of something.

Well PvP and WvWvW is not bad. You can jump in and out anytime you want. Now Dungeons sucks and it is easy to reset it.

Necro's are so frikking broken right now, zone lose your pets, swim lose your pets. You also lose any oils you have, but I am not sure if that is only Necros.

Spvp is a lot of fun in short amounts.
Not sure what I'm grinding for Though, aside from Titles and achievements. none of the rewards gained in spvp carry over outside
Well I did get a "rabbit finisher" I can use for wvw I guess.

Anyone looking to refer a friend, this guy would like to try before he buys. I was in the SWTOR guild before that game crapped itself and you all left me.
