We hit that place twice on Saturday night for dinner (BR) and place was surprisingly sparsely crowded. What gives? Yeah, I know there are other options, but It's a decent meal. Is it the location that limits the crowd? A place more to go on Sunday after church?

No idea. Last few times I have been it's been busy. I have never had a bad meal at Zea and I've dined at several of their location. The twice-cooked duck is awesome, as are several of their appetizers.

The only thing that legit aggravates me with them is their seating policy with parties. Something like 75% of your party has to be there to be seated, so it's frustrating when you make a reservation for 15 and the table is sitting there ready and you have to stand around and wait for one person to show up before you can sit.

One time it was for my birthday and I told the hostess that she could either sit us now (6 of us were there for a party of 10) or she can get the manager and I could let him know we would be leaving and never returning. The restaurant was relatively dead at the time, so the hostess sat us. It's just an annoying rule.

After the prices went up and the portions went down,

had the Cubano Saturday night. thought it was a good size. Pricing is better than I'd have thought for the location and fare.
