And they charge a premium for that. IIRC, Zaxby's is a little more reasonable for what you get. Cane's continues to price themselves out of the market and makes people eat it more occasionally than otherwise would be regularly.

And I love their false advertisement. You ever get the 3 piece that looks like this... chicken flowing over the sides of the box, enough fries to feed 4 people. Such bull shite.

I am not much of a Cane's fan at all. I tried Zaxby's for the first time ever last week. Got their version of the box for comparison.
I thought it was terrible. Their fingers tasted like soggy nuggets microwaved out of the freezer and the sauce was some prepackaged bullshite dipping sauce. Didn't mind the rest of the stuff. Toast wasn't quite as good as Canes but still good.
Bottom line--I really don't understand why anyone would order there if canes or CFA is an option unless the other shite on their menu is a lot better because their fingers absolutely suck.

Cane's drive through has cars lined up for days.

I tried Zaxby's for the first time recently. I thought the chicken was okay, but very salty, the fries were much too salty, and the toast was a bit hard. I do not like Cane's, but Cane's was superior in every way. The sweet tea at Zaxby's was too sweet as well.
For fried chicken, no one beats CFA. Popeyes is the second best option followed by Cane's. Really disappointed after hearing all the great stuff about Zaxby's by my Alabama and Georgia friends.

You don't see my car nearly as much as it used to be. And I would think many more feel like me.

Zaxbys was the same price as canes and didn't include a drink
Eta: and I hardly ever eat canes because when I do decide to pick something up the line of cars is a mile long

Zaxby's and Cane's both suffer from the same problem which is poor consistency from one location to the next. I had a box from Canes in Lincoln, Nebraska two weeks ago that was perfect. Everything was fresh and tasted great. I've had the same meal in BR or Laffy any number of times which didnt compare. Soggy and small tenders paired with cold fries. Zaxby's here in FL is the pits, when I lived in GA it was much, much better.
When they both bring their A-game its splitting hairs to determine who is better. On average I'd give the nod to Zaxby's...

The Zaxby's I got was fries, toast, 3 strips, sauce, and a drink for $5.89.

31.26 for 4 platters without drinks, had to look at my cc statement

I wish Bailey's at the corner of Lee and Highland would come back.

I hear they have cheese curds. I want to try that!
ETA: Never mind, it's cheese bites.

I didn't even know there was a Popeye's on Verot. Where dat's at?
Posted on 5/30/14 at 11:52 am to Darla Hood
What up Coullion? Basically on the corner of Ambassador Caffery and Verot School. Your side of Ambassador.

Ambassador at Verot is/will be the next red hot intersection in town. Kaliste Saloom/Ambassdor Settler Trace area is over saturated
