Hair of the dog is by far the best strategy. If that isn't feasible for some reason, Pedialyte has worked for me as an emergency fix.

Goody's and greasy food. Too late now but I always take an alleve before I start drinking and one before I go to bed if I remember. Usually does the trick.

Take a mega B vitamin, a glass of Alka Seltzer and drink plenty of water. Actually it's best to drink a big glass of water before you crash the night before.
