Usually don't cook too much on gamedays, but will for this Saturday What do y'all like to put together that's great, but doesn't take too much time to prep and such.
Appreciate any suggestions

Grill off some links of good boudin, not much out there that's better than some hot boudin and a cold beer while watching a game.

Smoking anything is my go too. I light the smoker, put the meat on, and then just check the internal temp every now and then. Basically set it and forget it. May not be quick though.

You could do an oven pulled pork or an oven brisket.

This is what I do. I just cook a few days in advance, place in large container, place on the Sterno early that morning and its ready. I'm making the red bean gumbo for A&M
