And again this is exactly why the Jambalaya festival association is so strict on the what they judge on, they do not want it to be an open contest with all kind of crazy shite being entered

Nobody on Food Network but Giada and the Pioneer Woman actually know what they are doing in the kitchen. Not sure how Trisha or Valerie Bertinelli came to be known as "chefs". They anoint new stars every year and then consign them to guesting on Guy's Grocery Games or some knock-off of Triple D. Even Chopped has gotten boring because they have run out of ingredients and are starting to use prepared food items as an ingredient. I prefer to watch Lidia Bastianich on Create TV.
