Anyone here a fan? If so, what do you get when you go there?

Went Friday night, the apps were outstanding (Cajun queso and Cajun bread), but the seafood entrees we had were just ok- maybe a little too salty.

Yeah, from my experiences there it's hit-and-miss. Their Signature and Sensation poboys are my go-tos. I don't care for their crawfish -- they just do a quick rinse before boiling and they'll really dirty/gritty.

I'm a mark for the redfish Ryn with some asparagus.

I thought the same thing.

I've been here several times and it is, as someone said, inconsistent. The Saintsation was full and delicious one time, short, under-stuffed nothing the next time.

Proceed at your own risk.

I'm a fan of this joint. Their chicken club is a great sandwich.

They make a mean sidecar.

They use the jalapeño mayo, their sandwiches can fill in for a Darrell's if you're having a jones.

To clarify, not as good as darrells, and not a replacement for darrells. Just something to hold you over until you're driving through Lake Chuck.

The seafood potato is very good.

As stated above, the signature poboy is solid,

I'm not a fan of their frychos. Too much fry, not enough chos.

I miss their old location. Been inconsistent since the move.

I'm with you on that one. When I worked in Industriplex I hit it up a couple times a week.

I really like their burgers

Cajun queso is great

Jacked up Saintsation is my favorit poboy, but like someone else said I've been a couple times where it seems like they under stuffed it (especially since it's on a pricier side) so I haven't order d it recently

I choose Willies 2 out of 3 times ove Chimes East at this point

I found a roach in the middle of my crawfish one time. Does that count as dirty?

I'm still a fan, but they aren't nearly as good or consistent as they were at their old location. Used to love their curly fries. Also, they don't have honey mustard anymore because their supplier stopped making it. Wtf? It's been months and they can't figure out how to make their own? Probably time to take the honey mustard chicken sandwich off the menu.

Signature with onion rings is my go to w/ Buffalo bites for an app.
The Rooster hamburger is also a solid choice

Went for restaurant week. All appetizers were great. The fish covered in butter and crab meat was good. Pork chops were ok but lacked much flavor. Desserts were fantastic. I'm looking forward to trying more stuff.

I found it ok but expensive. Chimes East is a much better option.
