Why does waffle house only offer Tabasco for their hot sauce choices?

A true hot sauce aficionado carries his hot sauces of choice in his vehicle, and on his person. This is to prevent what is happening when you go to places like Waffle House.

I've seen Cholula at Waffle House before. Probably up to the manager.

That’s the least of your troubles at the waffle house in Ruston. I think half the violent crimes over the last few years have occurred there.
