that could be because they overproduced on it since they aren't selling to bars and restaurants and have more volume. I bet they made a shite load of both

Couldn’t you also buy that in Houston at spindletap? Lots of mules didn’t have to make the drive over for that one.

No, it was only sold at Parish. Spindle Tap sold the predecessor collab the year before.

The problem was the price point and it was sandwiched right in between 2 close DDH Ghost releases that consumed customer’s beer budgets

I’ve always loved sour stuff my whole life and haven’t had a bad sour so I’m not sure why I haven’t drank more until recently.

With the news today, hopefully I’m drinking at jester king soon.

Think it was at only Parish at first and they had some much extra they sent some. It was in the tap room for awhile, they even had some at other releases

Try drinking an actual IPA. Something like St Arnold Art Car, LaCumbre Elevated, or hell...drink a Sierra Nevada Torpedo.

Of course not.

Have any of these recent GN collabs been sent out for distro? Just curious. I wish I could get more spaghetti models. It is so fricking good as is the swamp stacks

I blame them for the recent $18-25 per 4 pack IPA bullshite that is going on. They've priced me out as a customer long ago.

This

Though I still buy an 8.99 6er of Envie often

I did not buy. Sure, it's a good beer, but I don't think it's $15/ 4pk good.

Bet you don't think twice about spending $4 on a Sierra Nevada at a bar, though, if that's the best option.

We're venturing out tomorrow to find some. I didn't realize they distributed to GA. Can't wait to try it after reading so much about it on this board.

This is always a stupid-arse counter argument.

Hell, I guess butchers should start charging $40/lb for prime steaks because people don't think twice about paying more than that for a 12 oz prime at a steakhouse.

I meant it use to be Parish beer releases would sell out in a blink .. maybe market saturation has some people punting. I can’t see driving to Parish for any release with what I now get in Nola.

All Relations still has some for sale, spaghetti models. If anything you can buy it and I can go get it and hold it for you until you make it back here.
