I'm not a fan of turkey. I introduced my California in-laws to brisket at Thanksgiving a few years ago and now they won't settle for anything less at the holidays.

What are you asking?
No we don’t cook thanksgiving food again for Christmas if that’s way you are asking.

I usually take a smoked ham to go with traditional Thanksgiving food.

At Christmas, I usually grill 4 pork tenderloins and sausage balls. Both are a hit!

Thanksgiving is Turkey, Dressing, Green Bean Casserole, Potato/Hashbrown casserole, rolls and dessert usually. Christmas is ham, dressing, mashed potatoes, peas or Lima beans, and biscuits. Unless we’re traveling then we’re eating whatever the family cooks and I usually end up cooking most of it.

Usually do cochon de lait for Christmas. Some of the sides like dirty rice etc. you might see at both.

Our family does homemade spaghetti home made sauce, home made meatballs with italian sausage usually some fried eggplant sticks as an appetizer. My wife also started making from scratch arancini as well

We basically only do that food on Thanksgiving, which is a shame because I love it.

We do heavy party food appetizers for Christmas. Sausage balls, gumbo, tons of various hot/baked dips, etc.
