I've heard good things about the Oban 14. It's on my list to buy. But for tonight it's Balvenie Doublewood. I love this stuff.

3hour where have you seen it in BR? I got two bottles of the 2014 at Churchills a couple months back but havnt seen it since.

Uncle jack, glad to hear you like it, it really taste like no other Canadian whiskey I have had. You should try the 2014 if you see it to see if it's much different. Would love to get my hands on some 2012 but never seen it.

And now that I've tried it, I believe I'll be getting another bottle soon.

Rye very well may have supplanted bourbon as my favorite.
