This is the 3rd time I've tried it, and I'm just not a fan. Once you get past the proof, all I taste is a little vanilla and a ton of acetone. Just not an enjoyable pour.

Does anyone else use the Carmer method when tasting? I was turned on to it recently and I have to say that I really like the results.

You still get all the flavors but its makes my EHTBP as easy to sip as a 90 proofer.

I was not a big fan of the Bulleit Rye so I was a little reluctant about picking this one up. Glad I did. The time in the rum barrels add a lot of flavor. It is really sweet though.
