Yes, I had posted a picture of a sample bottle a couple weeks ago. I contacted the sales rep the lucky states cold start seeing very few bottle late oct/nov

I was able to order bottles from a local store for 2013 single barrel. I have already inquired about doing the same for this release and was told mid oct delivery. Depends how many I can order, I can try and help people out

Was just notified my name was drawn for a bottle of van winkle 13 yr rye bottle. I really wanted the 15 or 20 pappy. Does anyone think I would be able to trade this bottle for a pappy 15 on the BX?

I dont know about a straight up trade but you could probably do pretty good with it towards a 15.

Is it worth buying or should I just try my luck with the next two months drawings? I will post the drawing rules to understand the decision
Due to our low allocation of the popular Van Winkle, William Larue Weller and E H Taylor Rye, we have instituted a lottery program to insure that all of our ABC Card members have an equal opportunity to purchase these extremely sought after items. We will be picking multiple random winners of each product on a monthly basis over the next 6 months. Each entry submitted is good for a 3 month period and then all entries will be cleared out and new entry forms must be submitted for the next 3 months of drawings. All winners must be ABC Card holders and are limited to 1 bottle per item per household and 2 items total over the entire length of the program.

its at retail price of $69.95, if purchased this would be my 2nd bottle in 4 months, so i would be out for the next 2 months drawings

And to make it harder it never tells you how many are up for sale. Could be 1 or 5, and they may not even have any pappy left?
