Where to get pork fatback?

I'm trying to making some ramen. In the past, I've used pork belly which has some meat on it. This time, I'm looking for a slab of fat. Where in BR can I find this?

With or without skin? Lamendola's in G-Town sells the fat with skin. They call it "cracklin fat".

Rouses has it and I'm pretty sure Hi Nabor does. I know they have pickle meat.
