Republic - heard really good things, but never been

Casual Dining

Madden's - excellent food and go to for brunch, plus downtown bryan>downtown CS
Cafe Eccel - tied for best pizza in BCS

BBQ

Fargo's - Best Q in BCS on a good day(95% of the time)
CJ's - Most consistent, but not as good as Fargo's best
Kreuz Market - hearing mixed reviews about this location and I haven't been so I can't recommend. Go at own risk.

Soup/Sandwich

Blue Baker - homemade bread, soups, sandwiches, and tied for best pizza. Everything is delicious
