Where can I buy pork temple meat in the BR area?

It's always frozen at Leblanc's or Ralph's. But I done threw the frozen blocks in the Jambalaya pot many of times.

You can get it from Matherne's with a day or two's notice, or Ralph's Jones Creek usually has it in stock. I've always gotten it frozen, unless I've ordered it and they've thawed it. It thaws quickly under running water. I don't like throwing it in frozen because I season the heck out of it before browning.
