For me it is whatever Giant Burrito they have, covered in whatever sauce it is they use. Queso dip with the Mexican chorizo crumbles for the chips. Dos Equis, never Corona. No lime.

Yes I realize I'm a fattie, gfy in advance.

Whatever combo they have that has the word “grande” in it.

I'm a mark for fajitas. If you bring sliced steak out on a plate, meh. If you bring the same thing out sizzling on a skillet and make me assemble my food myself, I'm sold.

I usually grab 3-4 tacos, just depends on what they have on the menu when picking out which ones I want. But I love a good fish taco.

But if you’re talking Tex-Mex? Chicken enchiladas.

Chips and salsa. My local restaurant knows it’s my favorite so I get as much as I want when I dine in.

Usually a chicken fajita quesadilla with rice & beans on the side. Occasionally, if I haven’t had beef in a week or two I’ll go with the steak fajita quesadilla instead.
