Correct, however if I don't have any from Verons SuperMarket the commercially produced product with the brown label sold in Rouses stores that goes by Verons is real good for a back up.

Sounds like I'm going to have to hit up Baileys, Jacobs, Wayne Jacobs, Don's, Bergerons, and Verons and do a little taste test. Also going to hit up Spuddy's in Vacherie since I'll be in the area.

I prefer Billys for regular boudin, but the boudin balls at Kartchners, especially the pepper jack-stuffed ones, are out of this world.
