What's the deal with Zataar in Baton Rouge?

So I read some great reviews on Urbanspoon and Yelp about this little known Lebanese gem on Jefferson Highway that supposedly serves the most authentic food of its kind in the city.
According to its website, the restaurant is closed on Sunday and every other day from 3-5.
My girlfriend and I went there on Saturday night, around 5:45, to try the place out but it was closed and the parking lot was absolutely vacant.
There was no indication of why the restaurant was closed posted anywhere on the front entrance and the hours appeared the same as what I read online.
So is this place still in business?

I ate there for lunch a while back. Got just a basic chicken shawarma plate and didn't think it was very good. The chicken was just a few chicken tenders marinated in what tasted like Worcestershire sauce that the cooked on the stovetop (not the vertically broiled chicken you typically get). It came with a sauce that was basically puréed raw garlic and I don't recall the salad being anything special. Hummus was very average as well.

I've never heard of the place and I like Middle Eastern food. I hear really good things about Zoroona and I'm a big fan of Albasha's

Just curious, is every Middle Eastern restaurant in Baton Rouge Lebanese?

They specifically advertise as Lebanese.
However, I will agree that the whole Greek/Mediterranean/Middle Eastern/Lebanese label is confusing.
