Opening next week, no marketing plan. Sounds like this was really thought out...

The best advertising you can have is a fantastic product and word of mouth.

I ate in a restaurant last night that does no marketing whatsoever, and is in probably the worst location you can imagine (tucked in the back of an industrial complex between an indoor gun range and a sign shop). They are packed every night. When I say no advertising, I mean not even a sign on the building. The owner puts a little fold out sign on the sidewalk to indicate that they are open.

People will try the new place. Maybe even go twice. If it's not memorable, they will stop coming.

Any local watering holes nearby?

Maybe ask the manager of the bar if they'd be ok with you handing out some flyers announcing the opening of the new place

*I'd do that after already doing all the other things that people suggested, just trying to think of something else
