What's the best outdoor burner setup available in the Lafayette area?

I'd like to get my dad a quality outdoor burner and would appreciate any suggestions from the board on something I can find locally that is built to last. If possible, I would like it to perform as well at low temp for gumbos and general outdoor cooking as it does at getting water to temp fast for crawfish.
Suggestions appreciated.

Cajun Propane in Scott carries a bunch of different outdoor burners/cookers that are pretty nice. It's been a while since I was last there but at one time they had a pretty nice double burner setup with a third burner build down low for a crawfish pot.
