1 day to go.. It's about time to line up a menu for gameday.

Thinking of starting the early morning off with Billy's egg rolls and boudin balls...baby backs on the green egg and homemade Gouda Mac n cheese for 2:30 games.. Still undecided what to cook for late games. Figured I'd get some good ideas here.

Old fashions, Moscow miles, and ghost in rotation of course.

The fruit should have been soaking in alcohol of choice two weeks ago.

The hubs requested feta burgers and wings. My daughter is also excited about the wings. The only thing my youngest requested was chocolate cake. So, we will have quite the variety.

Some sort of dip - undecided at the moment
Hickory smoked butts and wings on the BGE
Mac n cheese or BBQ beans
Pineapple slaw
Some hops before, during and after. Maybe a big, boozy stout while watching college game day final. It's gonna be glorious

We're having a bunch of people over. First LSU game in the new house.
Getting upscale and doing Korean food. My wife made kimchee and all these pickled dishes. I'm doing Bo Ssam (roasted pork butt), wings and bok choy. We've got two David Chang type deserts - homemade cereal milk ice cream and crack pie.

I have 3whole chickens brining tonight. Will rinse and dry tomorrow and let sit uncovered in icebox until Saturday morning. Then let them come to room temp about 45 minutes, season and put on 250 green egg for about an hour and a half to two hours. Let rest.

A chicken rice pilaf, lentil salad and sautéed zucchini and squash.

I've been told a friend is bringing Ghost growlers.

I have several nice wines pulled.

If you're using the Momofuku recipe it is awesome. The hard part is keeping the guests from eating the entire bark off of the pork once you take it out. Plus the sauces...damn I'm getting hungry

Yup. Doing the Momofuku recipe. I cooked it earlier this year when we rented cabins at Lake Fausse Pointe. We just cooked all weekend. I also smoked a turkey breast, my wife made breakfast tacos, some friends did that Mississippi pot roast, there were red beans, pasta salad, Boudin king cake, fresh fried catfish.

Hey Unc....looks solid!

First, dropping off the Twin Terrors of Trouble at G-parents. Then wife and I have some Mary's and Mimosa's along with Lobster Benedict.

Smoking 2 full birds stuffed w/crawfish jumbalaya. I'm still trying to decide on sides...welcome any recs from the board.

Cracking some corks on new bottles of bourbon....RHF, M's Barrel Strength Rye, ECBP. Have some OFs and maybe a Rum Mule or two with a bottle of TB Golden Sun I found a few weeks back. Wife likes Oaks Lillies.
