What would be your ultimate "put-together' dinner from around Baton Rouge for under $80

I am talking about calling around, ordering different apps, entrees, salads, desserts from different restaurants, and picking it up to-go and feeding two people.

Obviously steaks would be out unless you like well done steak (after getting home and re-heating).

Only thing I can think of right now is the "Crabmeat Maison" from Galatoire's.

That sounds stressful.

Sous vide up to 120-130 and you're fine.

This whole idea sounds like a stressful nightmare though.

Not really because most of the top restaurants in BR are in a general location (College Dr, Corporate, Highland, and downtown).

Not sure what this means, but just in the College Dr area, you have Gino's, Galatoires, Juban's, Mansur's, Chris', Sullivan's, plus the restaurants near Whole Foods.

This is just hypothetical, I'm not doing it.

I can tell you one thing, I wish Giamanico's was still open on Government St. When I first got my license, my dad would send me there to buy one of everything out of the dessert counter when he was playing cards with the guys.
