Saw on some cooking show recently some old school Philly joint uses cheese whiz.

OleMex brand foods are 100% Georgian, my brother. I've toured the tortilleriia in Norcross. Really cool family that supports our local economy.

Whiz. I did a cheesesteak for the cheese challenge and did provolone vs Whiz comparison. Whiz was better, IMO. It may be fake, and it may sound gross, but the flavor AND texture it adds to the beef cheesesteak is classic.

I used Whiz from the jar, not the aerosol can...
