melt a stick o butta in a fryin pan when it sizzles put a heapin spoon of garlicwhen the garlic lightly toasts dump in a lb or so of peeled deveined fresh gulf shrimp that ya tossed in Cajun seasoning to taste earlier. Cooks as fast as it took me to type this. Poor it over ya favorite pasta.and toss it.

It's time to get out the big pot and make a huge seafood gumbo for the family. Shrimp, crab, redfish and oyster at the end.

Im a big fan of Indian food and anything with meat in it can be converted to veggie.
They sell jarred Indian sauces/curry in the grocery. I like the Maya Kaimal brand. Add chick peas, potatoes (regular or Sweet), and any other veggies you like. Serve over rice.

I second the Butterfly Shrimp Tackle Box at Popeye's. Love their cole slaw as the side for that.
Also much to my surprise, the lemon pepper shrimp box at Churchs is decent - 8 shrimp and 4 hush puppies for $3.99; they also do a lemon pepper catfish for $3.79. Just got to add a honey butter biscuit to it for a complete meal.
