6'1" 190-195, would love to get that to 180-185 but that would require giving up drinking and delicious unhealthy food.

As long as we're on this subject, can anyone tell me who has lost the most weight on the PuttaForkDown thread so I don't have to read thru 10,000 posts? TIA.

Myth has lost the most. Around 150 lbs or so. Hulk has lost around 100. Can't remember exact amount.

That's really impressive. Thanks. Can you give me a synopsis of what they did to do it? IE, what things worked and what things did not.

Most everybody is on low carb. I've lost a little over 70 doing it.

I was 235 when I started posting. Lost 20lbs that are never coming back with low carbs.

Low carb is fairly easy to do once you get used to it. Those water weight spikes are frustrating though. It put a big dent in my beer drinking.

Yeah. I sleep better, don't have cravings, and have alot more energy too. I don't miss eating carbs anymore. If I have them, it's when I'm out.

Actually I had to gain some weight after first posting in the thread. I have put on about fifteen to twenty pounds.
