That's a fact right there.

The phrase has meant a lot of different things to me the last 5 or so years. Sometimes it was keto, sometimes paleo, sometimes the 'bro' diet. Now when I say I've been "eating well" means that I've been getting in at least 3-4 servings of veggies per day, and 1-2 servings of fruit, and keeping my calories in check and not gorging on too much food. Also, this applies when I'm exercising regularly and doing things that healthy people tend to do, such as not eating if you're not hungry, and drinking lots of water.

A few times per week. I mostly eat that crappy 45 calories per slice Sarah Lee bread.

Went to Great Harvest Bread Co. for lunch today though and has a nice sandwich on Dakota Bread. Rare treat.

Just saying. I think everyone around here knows by now that I'm fat. One of my struggles is eating when I'm not hungry (like when I'm bored) and gorging on too much food when I am hungry. Even on food that is healthy for you, gorging on it is bad. Take Celery.. you can eat tons of it without eating many calories, but the simple fact that one feels the need to gorge is bad, and being able to control that is important for someone needing to lost a lot of weight.

I hear you. This is a struggle for me as well.

I have made baby steps in this area. When I do overindulge, trying to stick to fruit, vegetables instead of chips, cookies and stuff like that.

But a bag of chips and soda after work is the perfect drive home activity. I wish I were wrong.
